Biofluid Mechanics for Industrial Applications

Biofluid mechanics applies engineering, mathematical and physical principles of fluids to solve complex and multifaceted problems primarily in biology and medicine, but also in aerospace and robotics.  

This event will showcase the latest biofluid mechanics and computational fluid dynamics research at Strathclyde and will highlight opportunities to get involved in the research via for example Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.

There will also be an opportunity to explore how to study with us through either the new MSc in Biofluid Mechanics course offered by the Department of Biomedical Engineering or by becoming an industrial PhD student.

Registration and lunch will be available from 1.15 – 2.00pm.
