Registration from 2:30 pmThe Strathclyde Ageing Network is a multidisciplinary group with an interest in research topics that relate to ageing. This event will feature short talks on a variety of topics including cognitive ageing and dementia; recovery of movement after stroke; cognition in Parkinson’s disease; and older adults’ use of digital technologies. Come along to hear about the latest research and how you can get involved in future research, benefit from the work we do and inform future topics.
Guest speaker Brian Sloan, Chief Executive of Age Scotland, will present on the issue of loneliness and isolation.
Presentations will be followed by interactive demonstrations and a drinks reception where there will be an opportunity to find out how you can get involved with the network.
