Registration from 9:00 amThis hybrid event aims to showcase and share learning from the One Ocean Hub through its research, partnerships, innovative methodologies, and lived experience. The event is open to colleagues from the University of Strathclyde, possible future partners, funders, and other interested organisations. As part of the event a short film showcasing the Hub’s research will be screened.
Both in-person and online attendees will be introduced to the One Ocean Hub’s research through a series of presentations and discussions. In-person attendees are invited to join us for the opening of an art exhibit and a networking lunch. The exhibit will demonstrate the Hub’s commitment and approach to promote inter-and-transdisciplinarity in research, working with experts from different disciplines and stakeholders.
The event also opens opportunities for participants to explore new collaboration opportunities for the co-creation of future areas of ocean research and co-development of collaborative research and knowledge exchange activities around the following themes:
Our target audience includes academics from the University of Strathclyde, students, organisations interested in ocean research, and funding organisations.
By attending this event participants become part of a coordinated and multi-pronged strategic approach to sharing relevant scientific findings in and around interdisciplinary ocean research.
