Understanding the connection between our brains and our actions, this brief session will provide an insight into how to use this simple and creative technique for team-building, problem solving and innovation.

It aims to improve listening, questioning and feedback skills in a positive way to build trust and commitment and can be a very inclusive tool for encouraging participation in teams.

Business professionals, leaders, managers in a wide range of businesses and organisations will be interested in attending.  It is suitable for managers working with teams of any size or type.

In essence, it is suitable for anyone who works in a team or leads a team.
