Registration from 12:00 pmThe event is a fifth in a series that launches the annual benchmarking pay and conditions study undertaken by the Department of Work, Employment and Organisation and Coalition of Care and Support Providers Scotland, and the HR Forum for the Voluntary Sector. The event will provide data from this year’s report as well as results from qualitative interviews and a longitudinal perspective. In addition, this year there will be separate presentations regarding recent work undertaken in the areas of recruitment and retention and workforce planning in the Scottish voluntary sector.
Lunch will be available with registration from 12:00.
Human Resource Practitioners and other senior managers, union representatives, leaders and members of lead employer bodies in social care, policy makers from social work and health, academics and postgraduate students interested in work and employment in the voluntary sector.
This event provides participants with opportunities to discuss and reflect on a range of key workforce-related data, including pay and conditions, training and development, recruitment, retention and workforce planning. In addition, it will include reflections and interventions from academics, senior HR practitioners and policy makers in the Scottish voluntary sector.
