Information Access, Use and Management for Health and Well Being

Providing efficient and usable access to health and well-being information can present many challenges to organisations. These include challenges in making information accessible to diverse user groups, in developing internet resources and in evaluating information provision. Often the most vulnerable in our society are those least able to make use of new forms of information provision and they encounter more barriers when trying to access information.

This event will encourage discussion about these issues, and provide a platform for end users to share their challenges in providing information to diverse user groups. It will also provide a forum to explore techniques to improve service provision and new ways to add value. This event will particularly look at information provision for organisations operating in the health and well-being sector.
