This event has been designed for business leaders and managers within the brewing and distillation sector who are interested in exchanging ideas and discussing challenges with a view to learning about new ways to improving productivity and growing the sector in Scotland. 

This workshop-based event will involve you working alongside some of our best academics to explore design, manufacturing and management opportunities in the context of your business.   

The event will focus on improving productivity by exploring possibilities to apply digital technology and innovative business models, products and processes.  There will also be a chance to learn from each other working in themed groups to explore individual and sector-wide strengths and identify opportunities for collaboration.
