Entrepreneurs often ask how they can ensure that their new business idea is a success. How can we quickly test an idea before going for full launch? This workshop introduces a simple approach to new product development which is now being used by large companies as well as entrepreneurs. This step by step approach first coined by Eric Ries in his book “The Lean Startup” will be explored in detail in this interactive workshop.

Who should attend?

Anyone who has an idea for starting up their own business and who wants to explore how to quickly test their idea before a full launch. The workshop will also appeal to any product manager keen to successfully get more products to market.

Benefits of attending

Before you spend the big bucks launching a new product to market, find out how to quickly test if your business idea will work – or not.
