A highlight in the Strathclyde calendar for visitors and researchers alike, join us for the seventh annual Images of Research exhibition to be first to see this year’s images and hear Professor Sir Jim McDonald announce the category winners going forward to the public vote.
Images of Research 2018: Safeguarding today, securing tomorrow showcases Strathclyde’s endeavours to address today’s global challenges and demonstrate the impact of our research in enabling society to adapt and advance. Entries were invited across the University’s seven strategic themes:
- Health & Wellbeing.
- Energy.
- Advanced Manufacturing and Materials.
- Ocean, Air & Space.
- Society and Policy.
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
- Measurement Science and Enabling Technologies.
This annual competition and subsequent year-long touring exhibition brings the research conducted at Strathclyde to an audience of thousands of people visiting art galleries, museums and public spaces across Scotland and beyond.
Join entrants, colleagues and visitors to the University for a drinks reception from 5.30pm.
