Change Management

Wednesday, 3rd May 2017, 1:45 pm - 2:45 pm

Registration from 1:15 pm

Change is the only constant in day-to-day life, and many businesses and organisations would benefit from being aware of how change impacts on people, and business as a whole.

This session will help participants understand how change impacts upon individuals facing change and uncertainty.   During the session we will also explore why people resist change, and identify practical steps to help individuals as they transition through the change they are facing.

This session leads to a further one-day session which can be booked through the Centre for Corporate Connections.

Registration refreshments will be available from 1.15pm.  You may also be interested in attending a similar session on Authentic Leadership which precedes this event.  Please select the sessions you wish to attend when you register.

Who should attend?

Anyone leading change in their organisation will benefit from this session.

Benefits of attending

Participants will gain a better understanding of how to help individuals cope with change.
