Building on our ongoing research on Brexit, this roundtable will bring together practitioners and academics from Scotland, the UK and the EU to explore the risks and opportunities that the UK’s exit from the EU will entail for environmental governance in Scotland. The roundtable discussions will explore visions for the future of environmental law and governance in Scotland, with a focus on:
• Participatory rights and access to justice • Nature protection, agriculture, forestry and wildlife crime • Climate change and sustainable energy • Chemicals and wastes • Fisheries.
