Registration from 9:00 amThis event will bring together stakeholders from the craft beer industry across Europe to focus on developing collaborative action plans to address challenges identified by prior research and engagement with the industry.
Participating breweries will be teamed up with academics and representatives from support agencies to analyse their economic (cash and equipment), social (networks), cultural (knowledge), and symbolic (reputation) capitals.
The event will also include a facilitated discussion to review sectoral considerations, with a focus on creating growth visions and strategies for future development.
This event is part of the ‘Crafting Growth: Exploring emerging potential and challenges of extended collaboration for Scotland’s craft beer sector’ project, which is funded by the Scottish Universities Insight Institute.
Registration and refreshments will be available from 9.00am.
