Registration from 12:30 pmPlease join us for the formal launch of Strathclyde’s Age-Friendly Academy, showcasing our commitment to research and learning opportunities relating to older adults. The event will be opened by the Principal and Vice Chancellor, Professor Sir Jim McDonald.
As part of the launch, a series of short-talks will be presented which will aim to capture the extensive range of work we do and that of other organisations on embracing demographic change and positive ageing. Confirmed speakers include:
The event will close with a reception to celebrate our research and learners, giving delegates the opportunity to network and get involved in the Academy’s activities.
