This event aims to engage with policy makers and education professionals to address ways of introducing cutting edge science into classrooms to encourage students to take up STEM subjects in higher education. Stardust will train the next generation of space experts and a keynote presentation will highlight the exciting nature of this research area and its potential to engage and thrill young student audiences.  A further presentation will demonstrate how this research can be effectively relayed to capture the imaginations of young students, and channel their enthusiasm into a thirst for knowledge and further education.

Keynote speakers will include Professor Massimiliano Vasile who leads this research at the University of Strathclyde.

Registration will take place from 9.45am and the event starts at 10.00am.
