Benchmarking Pay and Conditions in the Scottish Voluntary Social Care Sector.

Registration from 9:30 amThis event is the 7th in a series of working with the Coalition of Care and Support Providers Scotland (CCPS) exploring terms and conditions of employment in the Scottish voluntary sector social care sector.
The research will present the results from a range of providers in the areas of workforce trends, working time, pay and conditions, employee voice, pensions, training and development and technology. The presentations will include researchers from Strathclyde and St Andrews Universities, and guest speakers from the care sector.
