Registration from 8:00 amThe aim of the event is to officially launch the Strathclyde Centre for Occupational Safety and Health (SCOSH).
The launch seeks to build awareness of SCOSH and outline the activities it aims to deliver. Guest speakers will also provide industry updates relating to health and safety across the UK.
The event will also introduce delegates to the new Strathclyde Centre for Occupational Safety and Health and give them an opportunity to understand how the Centre’s activities could support their business.
Hear from guest speakers including Iain Brodie, the Health and Safety Executive’s Director for Scotland / Deputy Director Field Operations Division who will provide detail on the Regulator’s 10 year strategy.
This event is suitable for anyone with an interest or responsibility for Health & Safety in the workplace.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about Strathclyde’s strategy for managing health, safety, and wellbeing.
Attendees will also learn about how HSE as Regulator is planning its work over the next 10 years, including the work it is doing to help reduce work-related ill health.
The event will provide an opportunity to network and hear from guest speakers on key Health & Safety updates for the coming year.
